Welcome to HU Anthologies

Hamdard University (HU) Anthologies is a platform showcasing the creative writing talents of students, faculty, and alumni. Our mission is to provide a platform for emerging writers to share their work, connect with fellow writers, and engage with readers from around the world.

We envision HU Anthologies as a vibrant and inclusive literary community that celebrates the diversity of voices, styles, and themes. It is aimed to foster a culture of creativity, critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity, and to promote the values of tolerance, empathy, and social responsibility.

   • Submissions should be creatively and thoughtfully aligned with the provided theme (of every issue).
2. Word Count or Length:
   • No word limit.
3. Originality:
   • Submissions should be original i.e. unpublished works. Plagiarism policies applied.
4. Formatting Guidelines:
   Page : A4
   Page Margin: 1’’ all sides
   Font: Times New Roman
   Font Size: 12
   Spacing: Double

1. Submission Deadline:
   • Contributors are expected to submit their work by the specified date (of every issue). Late submissions may not be considered.
2. Submission Procedure:
   • Submissions will be made through provided link only.
3. Rights and Permissions:
   • Hamdard University reserves all rights related to anthologies.
4. Editing and Revisions:
   • The editorial board holds the rights of proofreading, editing, revising and rejecting submissions.
